Conresta Construction Company Completed the Construction of ACE Logistics Office and Warehousing Premises
Conresta – one of the largest construction companies in Lithuania – has built a one-storey warehouse with mezzanine offices for Ogisanda, offering commercial and warehousing premise renting services. The warehouse was built in a strategically-convenient location not far from Vilnius Airport.
The premises were rented out by ACE Logistics, offering freight forwarding, transportation and logistics services all over the Baltic States. The southern two-storey side houses administrative premises, while the one-storey northern side is used as a warehouse. The total area of the building is more than 2000 sq. m with the height of 9.2 m.
The major challenge of the project was time – it was completed in 5 months. “It is hard to find a general contractor, working exactly according to plan and keeping to the agreed terms. I appreciate responsible attitude to work and commitments, while Conresta not only fulfilled, but also exceeded our expectations.” spoke Laimis Marcinkevičius, Director of UAB Ogisanda, pleased with timely and fluent implementation of the project.
