Constructions in Kaunas Gain Momentum, Featuring another Modern Business Centre
2017 marked the opening of a modern and innovative Jonavos 30 business centre, located on Jonavos Street, in the central part of Kaunas city. That is a five-storey administrative building with two outdoor terraces, as well as an underground and an outdoor parking area. Being well-visible and easy to access, this project has become a significant accent of Neris river landscape. The construction of the object was built by Conresta company, providing general contracting and construction services.
The total area of the building is more than 2 500 sq. m with a parking of more than 1 500 sq. m. Modular partition systems made the premises easily-adaptable to the residents’ needs, enabling them to choose the required premise arrangement. The building also has an elevator, as well as a high-quality computerised heating, ventilation and cooling systems with an automated management system, which ensures constant operation.
